All client data is securely stored. It is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing. Only authorized staff have access for service-related needs, ensuring your personal details remain private and secure.

2. Billing Process - Our Transparent Approach

Our billing process is clear, fair, and fully documented, ensuring no surprises or hidden costs. Every client receives a detailed quotation and a proper invoice.

Our Billing Procedure:

  • * Quotation: After a survey, we share a detailed quote specifying all charges.
  • * Booking Confirmation: Once you approve the quote, we confirm your booking.
  • * Advance Payment: Typically, 50-60% of the total amount is taken in advance to book vehicles and materials.
  • * Final Payment: The remaining amount is payable upon delivery or completion of service.
  • * Mode of Payment: We accept cash, UPI, NEFT, and all major digital wallets.

No Hidden Charges:

Every cost is communicated upfront. We do not add extra fees for distance, labor, or fuel without prior discussion. All transactions are supported by an official invoice or e-receipt.

3. Working Method & Process - Step-by-Step

We follow a structured workflow to make sure every move is smooth, organized, and damage-free.

  • * Step 1 - Client Consultation: We start by understanding your needs and inventory to provide a precise estimate.
  • * Step 2 - Planning & Quotation: We prepare a customized moving plan, select the right vehicle, team, and packing materials.
  • * Step 3 - Packing & Labeling: Our team arrives on schedule and begins systematic packing and labeling.
  • * Step 4 - Loading & Transportation: Goods are loaded with care using proper equipment and tracked using GPS.
  • * Step 5 - Delivery & Unpacking: At your new address, goods are unloaded and unpacked as per your direction.
  • * Step 6 - Feedback & Support: We seek your feedback and provide post-move support.

4. Terms & Conditions

To ensure smooth cooperation, we request all clients to review and agree to the following terms:

a) Service Booking:

A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance of the quotation and advance payment.

b) Cancellation Policy:

If a booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date, a nominal cancellation charge may apply.

c) Insurance:

Transit insurance is optional but strongly recommended. We are not liable for damages from natural disasters or accidents unless insurance coverage is availed.

d) Item Restrictions:

We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable food, live animals, jewelry, cash, or sensitive documents.

e) Delays:

While we aim for punctual delivery, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather) may cause minor delays. Clients are kept informed.

f) Payment Terms:

Full payment must be made before unloading or unpacking unless specified otherwise in writing.

5. Disclaimer

  • * We are not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
  • * Insurance coverage depends on the policy selected by the client and the insurer's terms.
  • * Customers must verify the accuracy of their address and contact details to avoid delivery delays.
  • * Damage due to improper packing done by the client (if self-packed) is not covered under liability.
